The Mandate

The mandate of this ministry was delivered to his servant Apostle (Prince) Obed Ebhodaghe around April, 1995, when the LORD ask him to pick up his Bible and read.

For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me; and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.

Mathew 8:9

After reading, The LORD say to him, you are a MAN under my Authority, whatever you ask to go will go and whatever you ask to come will come, I have given you thousands of Angels to carry out your message. And the LORD also says I have given you the message of RESTORATION and HOPE, through the preaching of the gospel of salvation, deliverance, miracles, prophecies, signs and wonders. Through this ministry, destinies, marriages, finances, health, businesses and careers will be restored and hope to the hopeless. The LORD also say to His servant go and raise me the last day Army with Power & Authority over the kingdom of darkness; To destroy every works of the devil, proclaiming liberty to the captives, opening of prison to them that are bound and binding up the broken hearted.
